• Business Days: Our processing days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.

• Local Delivery: We offer delivery services within Abu Dhabi.

• Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries are made within 1–2 business hours from the time of order processing.

• Delivery Fees: Delivery charges are fixed and may vary based on the area; they will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

3. Order Tracking

• Delivery Notifications: Upon dispatch, you will receive a text message or email with delivery details.

• Tracking Information: If available, a tracking number will be provided to monitor your order’s status.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the United Arab Emirates.

5. Taxes and Fees

• Value Added Tax (VAT): All prices include a 5% VAT, in accordance with UAE regulations.

• Additional Charges: No extra fees are applied to orders within the UAE.

6. Delivery Issues

• Delays: In the event of a delivery delay, we will promptly inform you and provide regular updates.

• Damaged or Missing Orders: If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt.
