1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-returnable once delivered, except in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product (incorrect type, quantity, or weight).

  • The product was delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.

  • There was a significant delivery delay that affected the product’s freshness or safety.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order through one of the following channels:

3. Refund Process

If your complaint is verified and approved by our support team:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cases Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The product has been opened or partially consumed.

  • The issue is reported more than 2 hours after delivery.

  • The customer simply changes their mind after receiving the order.

  • Dissatisfaction due to taste preferences or other subjective reasons.
